AGM surge?

If history repeats itself, in the case of SHH, we should start seeing the usual pre AGM news releases.  Just trying to think if I can remember just one that came to fruitition....

When is this AGM?  Hork, I would like you to attend and get back to us on your findings.  Make it happen!   Ice

The AGM...or as Sonomax once billed it "The Show Me AGM," is usually in June.   But after today's re-listing, sell in May and go away might mean the end of news at all.   GLTA

Not sure what you mean Curly?  Maybe I'm just a little clueless this evening.    Ice

De-listing from TSX-V. Being listed on CNSX instead. Reaction to the announcement produced all the trades in last 15 minutes.   Voluntary de-listing is usually not a good sign....actually, just about the worst. It most often means that the company can no longer afford to pay to maintain the listing.   I'm guessing that there will be lots of selling tomorrow.  Not much life life ...more

I spoke to my broker and he didn't think it was a very big deal.  Having said that, let's face it, whatever SHH is trying to get accomplished, they better get it done soon.  This really is a mess.   Personally, if shareholders wanna unload at a penny, they are more than entitled.  I won't be doing it, not a chance.   Ice

I do not think this is a very good sign. There will probably be some more bad news in the months to come. Wow, not impressed. This company has wasted so much money. Another example of not having the proper team to execute the plan with.>
