What is the point of not filing your end of year statements?

Aside from screwing shareholders, what would be the point of not filing the end of year statements?

The Sonomax management team has to be the worst management team in the world. It is unfortunate that once they find their 1st licensee they decide to screw shareholders.

SHH isn't broke at all .They are just not fileing so they will be de-listed.Once the BOD gets out of rehab they could put together all the non-active accounts that they have .A two page statement should be enough seeing as they have no sales ,no business ,no leadership,no brains etc etc .One thing for sure old Nicky boy sure had fun smoozing this the people in Lost Vegas for the past few years ...more
