Thank you -Treasury DeptLooks as if Janet Yellen & Co. are hellbent on singlehandedly destroying the ex-China graphite industy from getting off the ground.
It just announced that they are reversing course, and  lifting the ban on Chinese graphite products or something to that effect. They even came up with a way to rationilize the decision. Unbelievable !!!
How is anyone supposed to make sound investment decisions when the government can change its policies on a whim?
