Hope the longest lived cyclone in history is not putting Balama out of commission. Cyclone Freddy is knocking on Mozambiques' door for the second time. Pretty difficult to fathom how that is occuring. Tried to find an update, but came up empty. If there is something wrong, it does seem to be affecting the SP. At least yet anyway.
