On page 21 of the management circular, of course in "Required shareholder approval", only parts (c) and (d) were ever in question. And there are something like 1793548 class-b shares

I'll be voting against unless they up the price, and I will let them know this. I don't expect another offer due to the share structure. At 32$, I'd prefer to keep my shares.

Hopefully in the 11th hour someone will start a bidding war for this gem of a company.Great value.I hate management takeovers-strikes me as sleasey.What do you think?
