New format

Hate it. Why should I need to click to see any responses and back again. Even more disappointing is to find the the response was from Returns who is on ignore! Thread should be all first level.

For those that like threaded view, I agree there should be an option on how to order the top level comment... ie first or latest. I don't use threaded view for the reason you mentioned, you always have to click to find/read the latest entry. Send them your suggestion. I have on other nuisances and some they have corrected already. They are trying to accommodate.
