RE:Probably a setor to avoid...Business should level out or even come down a bit as housing slows, but housing supply/demand fundamentals are still good (pricing needs to adjust).

But at a sub-4 p/e, I'd say this is more than priced in and would think we get a double over the next year or two as investors realize we are not heading for a 2008 style housing crash.
