DRIP and buyback announced4th q looked decent, FFO more than div..they announced DRIP program which the Chairman will participate in ..he owns 45% of shares and will DRIP 50% of his divs.. so that will take pressure off the cash outlay of the div..also announced a buyback NCIB..which if they execute should cut dilution. Long and will add a little..still like the yield and inflation protection here. Bea
