NA Mine

  • Anyone have a suggestion or idea which mine Almonty with aquire in North America?
  • The big tungsten user in NA is the US, and LB likes to be close to his customers, so does that rule out Canada?
  • Thoughts?

North America does include Alaska, but not a fun place to mine. Here is a old list of World mines with clickable links. The Canadian Govt is so disfunctional, and they have no real motivation other than create jobs if Almonty was to consider building a mine in Northern Canada.  They don't have money, so I doubt there will many incentives to build and Almonty would have to pay most of the bills.  Furthermore, LB likes the mines to be close to its customers, which is why I think a mine in Canada is out ...more

I didn't look at the link 5ilver provided, but it looks like the Andrew Tungsten Mine is a potential candidate.  Thanks for posting 5ilver!!!

I hope building an NA mine doesn't cost use $800M because interest payments will be $30M-$40M per year for several years.  But I have faith that LB will figure it out.
