Location of AGM

This is where the meeting is.. https://guinnessbusiness.com/

Since Almonty has no corporate presence in Vancouver, this is one of the all purpose business rental place for offices and meetings etc.  If I remember, we have been here before I think..

May be I will try to find out whether it will be worth while to show up..

AGM in Vancouver instead of Toronto?  I wonder if LB has to fly back to SK for (other) business? Perhaps I am reading too much into this.

Actually, perhaps LB is inspecting US Tungsten mines or meeting with US Govt. Just speculation.....

Personally I think any talk about NA Tungsten mines any where is a tad premature..  We have 1.5 year to 2 years of slogging to do at Sangdong, larger prospects in Tungsten, Moly etc. to come and let's not forget the limited cash and still looking for more which is all spoken for Sangdong +  It has taken Almonty nearly 10 years to finally get to a point where it is couple of years ...more

I vote for you going Tech and providing live updates as they come!  I've never been to an AGM but they must be interesting? It must make you really feel that you are a part of it all as a shareholder.

It was hosted by their Toronto lawyer in his house, he rushed through the motions of the two or three agenda items and the whole thing was over in less than 15 minutes. ...more

I agree with your points TechOne, however I think it will take up to 2-3 years of discussion with various US levels of Govt  and businesses so I think those discussions will have to start really soon (i.e. for infrastructure, power, water, permits, etc.) Although we don't have the money at the moment to buy another mine, I am sure LB will think of something. LB already stated that ...more

TechOne is right. It was said long ago that after the Sangdong project was up and running at full capcity, then Alnonty would start to develope the Valtreixal Sn-WO3 project in North Western Spain. Some permits have been approved and the same old thing of financing will pop up again for this project, but, and this is a big "but", when Almonty's Sangdong mine has proven to the ...more
