On the cusp of a breakout..  Looking at the chart and trading, it looks like this was mostly a big block that changed hands..  Since I can't see breakdown of the volume, just my guess..  FWIW

I absolutely agree that it shows the signal for a breakout.  It has broken the resistance level of 72 and when it breaks thru this figure, the big question is whether it has the"volume".to go with the breakout...It does have that component.
