Chris Mittleman selling shares

This guy has sold 279,000 shares since May 9 and half of that in the past week or so. That's 26.9% of his shares That's not a great sign for a company that's trading so far below NAV+cash.

What's going on here? Dude getting margin called on his other holdings?

Insiders sell for a host of reasons. If it isn't widespread and consistent amongst most management, when many others with the same nonpublic information are buying, then it's not something that usually alarms me. What is concerning:  The CEO and board sinking so much of their liquidity into private and early stage investments. With the present condition of the markets, they could ...more
