Chris Mittleman selling shares

This guy has sold 279,000 shares since May 9 and half of that in the past week or so. That's 26.9% of his shares That's not a great sign for a company that's trading so far below NAV+cash.

What's going on here? Dude getting margin called on his other holdings?

Insiders sell for a host of reasons. If it isn't widespread and consistent amongst most management, when many others with the same nonpublic information are buying, then it's not something that usually alarms me.
