Great job Aimia Board ..... NOT!

No confidence in this board and sinking share price is indicitive of that. Just wondering why the salary of the board is not tied into the performance of the investments or better yet why the largest share holder is happy with the situation. Perhaps a take over for a fraction of the current value with a backroom deal and payoff. How disgraceful it must be for the inept board at Aimia !!!!

I have EVERY confidence that if this BOD and managment follow a simple perscription in that they just keep buying back stock as much as possible,  under a NCIB and a Substantial Issuer bid,   Invest the proceeds in US dollar Treasuries and CD's that are yielding about 4% from 3 months to 3 years,  and WAIT to buy any business until at least the first FED lowing of Fed Funds ...more
