Says everything I was thinking.  No idea Why they bought anything in India or Italy, especially after saying U.S. or Canada where their tax losses could be used without question.  Among all the other tidbits mentioned in the NR.  Quite disturbing actually.

Strange the NR of Mithaq's response shows up on almost no sites, neither stockhouse or stockwatch.  I only saw it through an email alert from TD.
