l do have question , if someone knows to answer

l have read that altagas bought 2 ships  in 2022 and another 2 ships will be delivered in end of 2023 or begining of 2024?, is that right the total ships will be 4, or the same 2 ships 2022 will be delivered in 2023 or 2024 ??? hopefully somebody knows for sure to be able to clarify that, your answer will be appreciated , many thanks.

They bought 2 ships and they expect to save 25 % in the transportation costs  As I said before  the lotal number of loads from Ripet is 41 . Travel time 10 to 11 days Cycle 22 days sailing time + loading /unloding 6 days for a total of 28 days  Just to say that 1 ship can handle 32 % of the total tonnage from Ripet assuming 43 000 tons/load  The best combination would be to own ...more

Bossy Using your data @ current all in tanker rental costs are about $100k/day(us) and rising. A 25% savings translates into approx. $25k (us).  A cycle time of 28 days means a savings of $700k or approx. $8.4 M/yr/tanker. I don't know their capex.
