It owns 100% of approximately 1,330 acres of patented and unpatented claims covering and surrounding the past-producing Kay Mine, located in Yavapai County, Arizona, approximately 50 miles north of Phoenix. The Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project is located on approximately 4,412 acres of BLM claims in La Paz County, Arizona. The Sugarloaf Peak Project is located in La Paz County, Arizona, approximately 10 kilometers west-southwest of Quartzsite, Arizona, on the eastern side of the Dome Rock Mountains in southwestern Arizona.
