The Company owns, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, 100% of the Kay Mine Project (Kay Mine Project), located in Yavapai County, Arizona, United States, and 100% of the Sugarloaf Peak Gold Project (Sugarloaf Peak Project), located in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company owns 100% of the Kay Mine Project in Yavapai County, which is located on 1669 acres of patented and BLM mining claims and 193 acres of private land that are not subject to any royalties. The Kay Project is a steeply dipping VMS deposit that has been defined from a depth of 60 meters (m) to at least 900 m. The Company also owns 100% of the Sugarloaf Peak Project in La Paz County, which is located on 4,400 acres of BLM claims. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Croesus Gold USA Corp., Kay Mine USA Corp., and others.

Good Morning America called PG a whizkid(He was 31 years old at the time). PG took it to heart(and head). Fast forward PG comes out with a book, you guessed it he calls himself a whizkid in the title. Didn't matter, the book was still a flop, kind of like Arizona Metals and Vanstar.
