Arizona Metals Corp > Question....

Question....

I own some ASCU mostly because of the CEO and upcoming catalysts.  I like domestic copper plays and have considered AMC until this "spinoff" news which seems like a nothing burger to me.  Can anyone explain how spinning off junk and creating an entity that will do nothing creates shareholder value in AMC?  I don't see it.  I don't see what gave the shares a pop this week and I would like the copper company and KAY deposit without some throw away stake in two obscure entities. So I may wait until the spinoff is complete

Anyone make a case for buying it now rather than waiting?  Thanks!

The "spinoffs" are junk.  A pointless exercise.
