AND reported EPS of $0.31, missing estimates of $0.3283, and revenue of $104.2M missing estimates of $104.5M. Revenue increased by 37.5% year-over-year. The company's COVID-19 vaccine-related revenue made up approximately 2.5% of revenue compared with 5% in the previous quarter. The company issued shares for $168.7M and used some of the proceeds to pay for the acquisition of T.F. Boyle Transportation and the remaining 51% of Skelton USA. In doing so, the company has now increased its presence in the US greatly, and while the company missed on both revenue and earnings, they were fairly minor misses. We continue to like the company, and the reduced dependence on transportation of COVID-19 related vaccines gives us more comfort in the stickiness and longevity of AND's revenue growth.
