Q1 Results out

Q1 Results out2023 Q1 results compared to 2022 Q1 are not great but considering diminishing COVID 19 tailwinds, results are great. 

2023 Q2 results  compared to 2022 Q2 will also be adversely affected by reduced COVID 19 business
