I think you need to be careful not to overthink the finer details here.  They have an effect, but this calls for a broader view.

- Debt free, net of cash, at the corporate level
- likely minimum $50 mm + quarterly dividends coming in for forseeable future
- potential dividend from Africa Energy circa $+100mm / end 2022 from sale of 11b/12b
- $1B total debt in Prime, and $500mm cash,  Likely net zero within two years.

Outlook for energy prices as stable/strong as they have been for a long time, and management actively looking to add flowing barrels.

Sit back and let management effect the transformation.

You are correct; $100mm is very conservative.  Twice that level might be more realistic.  As for the dividend comment, it was awkwardly written; dividend sshould be at least $50mm, but likely well higher.
