Thanks Forbesa, was hoping for a bit more debt, but not so. That's about 20% dilution on a fully diluted bases.  Do you know who the major participants were.

It was underwritten by Raymond James and BMO. There's the standard 15% over allotment allowance, so my guess is at these prices that it's over subscribed. The open will be interesting tomorrow. If it's in the $0.80 range, I'll be a buyer but I have a feeling it may pop on this.  Would have preferred more debt as well. Canada is literally awash in funds, I can't imagine

WHY????????????????????? Why do this deal now. They don't need the money now. Start drilling, see if we hit some good rock. Keep drilling, see if we hit better rock. They are excited about a few areas. Lets see if the stock can get to $1.50 then they only have to issue 36.67 Million Shares. I feel the worse for people that bought 6,7 years ago. If you read the debt release, they were required I believe to have their equity raised by no later than June to be able to drawn on the debt. So this was known all along that a equity raise would have to be completed prior to that date.

I thought it was July but you are probably correct. Oh well some more palms greased at .86cents which I guess is the price of doing business these days. Now I know why the stock dropped from $1.15 after dropping from $1.60 Something like 365,000,000 shares FD......OUCH!!!!!!!

very nice!! ..this gives me a second chance here after sellinmg it  near 1.30 cad ..   i will be a buyer again near 80cents ..i this this is the last big PP in front of production...

Well I have been ragging at this management team for a long time. WHAT A F**kkED UP HIT TO ALL PREVIOUS SHAREHOLDERS.  This is the best they could do????? Couldn't get something done at $1.15\share. Pathetic this is, absolutely pathetic. And these IDIOTS don't even have the PR on their web site this morning. I've seen better out of IPO's.
