RE:RE:GETTING NERVOUS - HERE IS WHY14 is the bottom.  The selling pressure is finished.  the volume has been very low this week.  the sellers are done selling.

I don't think they will have debt issues.   They have access to public debt markets.  They sold 1.3B of debt at 4.6% interest it was 5 times oversubscribed.  They have access to financing there is np.

There is also a big diffrence between allied and slate.   the properties here are much better, also the management at slate was terrible and was externally managed by non arms length.  allied doesn't have this issue.

I think there is good value here. I exited at 20.80 but have now bought back in at 14.30
