  Same here and most of my watch list... it was a little un-nerving... My feelings is it's a bunch of tax loss selling as it seemed to affect names that have been lower through the mid to late point of the year (which is most of the TSX lol) penny stocks seem to be holding ground quite well or at least the ones I watch...

Right now I would not put your money in Reitman's.  I spent some time upper management and purchasingin the retail sector.  The company I worked for like Reitman's went through Chapter 11 restructuring.  Everthing went OK for a little while because you basically cleaned the balance sheet of most debt.  About 18 month later we were in trouble again only this time it was

Babe as I said, spent some time on the consumer retail sector and walked a company through chapter 11.  You need to take a better look at their financials.  Sales have been going down.  They have about 65 million in real estate assets where the prices are falling so they would likely get more like 50 - 55 million.  Two class share as you said really bad thing.  Reitman'
