I thought that Aecon could very well end up with pice of the action? Perhaps Snc might be the lead . ....and there might be involvement with Quebec tension fund . I believe someone commented on this potential massive transaction a long time ago! It rings a bell but a bit cloudy.

I was hoping/advocating that the caisse takes a position based on Aecon's deep value and the fact that the Caisse has a substantial position in SNC (20%), Keolis (30%) and Alstom (17.5%), all involved in this project. i hope they did.
