RE:RE:Analyst RecommendationI don't think you will see ARX head in the direction of the TOU dividend model until they reach their share float target.  

Speaking of which they bought back another 956, 700 shares in August.  This low share price is making for cheap buybacks and lowering the average from previous months buybacks.

I think management will keep their focus and word and bump the dividend 10%+ this year but I am not sure I would expect more than that.  With lower commodity pricing it's the prudent course of action.  It should show up again in the share price eventually though.
