Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

Takeover?

Would it be possible for a big player like Cheniere to take over this company at these levels?

The future for LNG looks very positive in general and M&A activity ususally goes up in these kind of environments

Although I would prefer to see another Canadian company to be the acquirer say like CNQ, to increase their gas exposure
