Great to see another discussion group. This disgruntled idiot MHP an e-employee of ARX is constantly bashing the company and telling everyone he sees no upside in SP everyday yet he keeps hanging around this board! don't people wonder what this idiot's mission is, it is obvious???

Sorry Fredthereferee,                                  I am simply illustrating a Hedging issue, that i though that all you knowledgeable investors could help fill me in on and help me understand. Sorry that you have no answer except a personnal attack rather then a meaningful explanation.  Thanks IMHO ...more

Honey pot I think the issue is you only figured this out recently if ur so smart how did you not see this glaring issue weeks months or a year ago. The crapola hedges are nothing new. It is what it is. You must be seriously bored bud. If they weren't there this stock would probs be north of 17 18 bucks. You can rest easy now everyone knew or knows about the hedges and the Mgmt

The Q1 results were such a mess with the two companies coming together it wasn't apparent. I don't think the hedges were in place at that time. You can't find a Q1 seven generations stand alone report.   In Q2 results i found this little tidbit for information. ARC's risk management program reduces volatility in funds from operations to support ARC's dividend ...more

Hi MHP I posted this link a few days ago... Half of the hedges for 2021 were indeed from 7GEN (24,000 bbl/d and 252,000 MMbtu/d). This is from Q4 2020. I don't have the numbers for Q1 2021 - maybe 7GEN added even more hedges in Q1. Seven-Generations-Energy-Releases-Fourth-Quarter-2020-Results One one hand I appreciate the info you are posting MHP, but, on the other hand it really gets ...more

Hey Aldan , you're wasting your time trying to talk sense to Debbie downer (aka:MHP) . I stopped posting in Aug and despite all the warnings , ARX has increased about 50% in a couple of months but debbie keeps singing the same old song .  Maybe I'll just take another break and check back at Xmas when ARC is trading at $17/sh . The drama here is just too much to take , lol .

Also I believe WTI was around $73 last quarter so all hedge losses were marked to that $73 mark and the same for AECO gas would have been marked to the june 30 price and losses realized...this includes the future volumes to be delivered..,now i get it were at mid 80's so some additional hedge loss but not that much...granted the cashflow will be lighter by the amounts acutally delivered  ...more
Comment by MyHoneyPot on Nov 02, 2021 8:54am
Bottom line is the hedge loss should be smaller and cashflow will still be a lot better than last quarter due to all the unhedged boe..correct me if im wrong... Sorry but there no relationship between the losses that are incurred as a result of hedging and the prices gotten for unhedged production. The losses will be what they are.  IMHO

One of the dummist comments to ever show on this BB. MHP is not my favorite poster.  Who is the idiot MHP for posting or you for not using the ignore key. I have put him on ignore but idiots such as you feel the need to keep posting and whining about him.  You are no better than MHP.
