What the he-ll is a "business combination"?

I've heard the term "buy-out". I've heard the term "merger". I have never heard the term "business combination" in my entire life. What the hell does that even mean? Unless it means that the clown show just became more clownish. I'd like to say that this "business combination" is like putting lipstick on a pig but I don't think it's fair to insult pigs.

Here's a crazy thought that will make you scratch your head and say "Huh?" What if, after the "business combination", Cerrado did a SpinCo and created a new Ascendant Resources which would be resposible for full development of Lagoa Salgada. Same clowns, new extensions. Think about it.
