Small trade but nevertheless - almost 80 cents on a dollar.

I see 4 separate trades today of 1mm in Bonds at $79.00+ Seems to be stuck selling at a 20% discount. Need to see this gap from Par start to close soon in order to have more confidence about a refi deal or other restructuring.
