Refinancing should be addressed today

Refinancing is the only thing holding the stock down. Will be interesting to see what has transpired.

Do people think the refinance is completed and management is waiting for release of fincnials to announce it as some sort of surpirse? Refinance would be a material change and would have to be announced upon complettion. So, I'm not exptecting refinance news today uness they complete it this afternoon.

Obviously if its done, they would have to announce it, as it is a material event, as you point out. That being said, hopefully we learn more about what the hell management is doing in regard to the refinance, other than the fact that its "coming soon"...well no shi t, LOL, the notes are due in about 6 months, regardless

In addition to refinance update, I'd like to know what their plans for all this cash they are sitting down. Personally, I want every last cent going to debt payment.

$2 is too high a premium, not likely to ever happen, but I'd gladly take it. While $2 is low longer term, I think $2 is not bad today, compared to other oil companies that are also cheap. At $70 oil ATH really should be more like $5, but the whole sector 'should' be worth more. I'd gladly take $2 and redeploy the profits into other cheap stuff. However I'd be very annoyed with
