Either mediocre financials have been baked in already (leaked) buyout is in works (manipulation by prospective buyer) shorts having their way, profit taking by the early shareholders....or depressing price to have a end of session gap up!! Take your chances

seems the price is being surpressed wile the details are being worked out ,,, in down with anywhere from 4 bucks and up,,,
