RE:RE:Great news.I had a 1:1 with Don approximately 3 weeks ago. He told me that he does not believe anymore that Essar wants to have the deal. They were dragging their feet... in a position AVL is currently, knowing what their assets are and the interest of the market / shortage in supply, they could choose their partners. I believe it is not only better from an experience point of view to have a deal with LG but also because they are well known in the lithium/battery sector. Now we need to wait for the next six weeks to come. I found it great to have a clear deadline. The Asians are keen and won't let go this opportunity, I am sure. As far as I am informed the offer for the land where AVL wants to build the refinery onto has also been accepted, now they are closing the financing (which will be debt financing). One step after another, but the time for AVL has now come!!
