Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I'm not sure why Artis was buying Dream Office at $24 and is not buying it at $16. Artis was supposed to be in the process of selling some industrial real estate however I have not been able to come across anything in the past month on how that is going. Artis has a lot of debt coming due in 2023 too...
