Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

As far as I am concerned, the lower the unit price, the better.  The company just needs to avoid letting the properties burn down, and keep buying back gobs of shares at half of intrinsic value.  If this keeps up for a few years, we could see NAV per unit reaching $30.  And at some point, the market will gain confidence in the Artis strategy and will bid the units up to full NAV.

A three-bagger for which I am paid to wait?  Yes please!
