NAV

Artems came in with the plan to get this to $15 NAV 2-3 years  ago.  Sandpiper took over but seems to be doing the same thing- asset sales, NCIB.  What will it take for them to get us $16+? I mean, anyone can say their goal is to get it to NAV, but outside of a substatial tender or a buy out, how can they do that

Aggressive stock repurchases at a steep discount to NAV are a superb use of capital.  This is a slam dunk risk-free way to grow NAV per share.    The opportunistic sale of legacy properties into the strong private market is also a good move.  Ploughing the realized funds into Artis repurchases, or into another undervalued REIT play, is a far better way to grow NAV.   ...more

Yep.  Sandpiper taking over this cosy little outfit will pay dividends for the shareholders.  Lots of units purchased for cancellation - it's all good. Snakeyboy - move on if it's not to your liking.  It's a liquid stock.  Cash out. I'll probably be buying if it dips again.
