NAV
Artems came in with the plan to get this to $15 NAV 2-3 years ago. Sandpiper took over but seems to be doing the same thing- asset sales, NCIB. What will it take for them to get us $16+? I mean, anyone can say their goal is to get it to NAV, but outside of a substatial tender or a buy out, how can they do that

Yep. Sandpiper taking over this cosy little outfit will pay dividends for the shareholders. Lots of units purchased for cancellation - it's all good. Snakeyboy - move on if it's not to your liking. It's a liquid stock. Cash out. I'll probably be buying if it dips again.
