Shorts don't seem nervous at all. You'd think with earnings around the corner they may attempt some covering

I'm holding off buying any more AX until earnings. It might costs me a few percent but at least I will have a clearer update as to where things are at. I'm not reading anything from anyone (Colliers/CBRE/JLL/etc) which suggests there will be anything wrong with Artis in Q1 however the short interest is absolutely relentless.
