Go off if the US and CAD industrial portfolio go unconditional sale at a better price than the NAV on the books and a gross sale of over 500m at least (US or canada separately)

The boss move would be to sell a tiny bit of industrial, keeping most, sell all retail and office, then buy a crapload or nxr and prv, and call yourself an industrial equity vehicle.

If office could be sold at close to FMV this reit wouldnt be in the dumpster.
