Stop mocking this fellow, hes come here to warn us that artis may share the same fate as his other bankrupt companies that he predictted while CEO was loading up? Sound familiar?

We all know artis is a dawg with fleas and declining AFFO and 1 year of closing the gap initiaitve only to trade at a larger discount then when it started

This is as bearish as it gets

If TJ is right...its lights out for us longs~!

  Urbanimmersive forum.  There were a bunch of people like Google and Pom Pom boy that were mocking me for my dire prediction on the fate of the company. The Ceo and Cfo were loading up on shares and now the former CEO has run away. The stock is dead and they were all wrong.  Adcore is another company that I detected suspicious accounting activities and an incompetent Cfo. You ...more
