CONSOLIDATION

Some reit charts and XRE are ugly, no doubt about it. But for other charts, artis included, this is the consolidation of a lifetime. going on 3 months, a somewhat reasonable pullback from the July move of 20%+.....now its time for that HUGE THRUST to new highs

Man those bond yields just need to dive close to 50bp and we're there

I would like to see it break that 50-dma line currently at $16.52 but when it touched the 200-dma, it ran back up like a scaled rat, which is exactly what you want to see.
