Some US reits have 30b in market cap...

Cheap canadian dollar and high implied cap rates for most assets

Wheres the M & A?

At least one CAD reit should be taken private here, some are <500m market cap

Just a simple bet that real estate prices will normalize in 1-3 years and liqudity pick back up
