The overall market may be climbing a wall of worry for the next few months but once we hit the late spring optimism and pentup demand will ramp up due to Covid 19 being on the ropes. This will of course mean selling more cars throughout the world and busineses spending on security.  This will be the year of animal spirts in my opinion and BB will lead the way. Cheers

Blackberry What do perceive to be the biggest catalyst to catapult this stock to a new stratosphere. 1) FB settlment figure(s) 2) patent sale(s) 3) release of first of multiple ivy contracts 4) other business opportunities with AWS 5) other I guess all these commulative would surely help, but just wondering what you perceive to be the main one. Obviously any announcement and the share price will spike especially if it is a surprise. What I think will help us the most is hearing a steady string of official announcements regarding the companies we are connected with already. This will also help open the eyes of investors as to what John Chen has orchestrated. What a surprise it will be to them and to the analysts scambling to upgrade

I should have added that I am NOT expecting any news during the conference call in March. Of course if something big is announced between now they will talk about it. But as of now expect nothing, zilch,zero, from the conference call and nothing from earnings except a sense of optimism. If you listen to the last conference call it will make you cringe not in regard to the data but the presentation

So I have seen some pretty large numbers thrown out regarding FB settlement. I have got to believe there will be some kind of indication of the settlement during 1/4 reporting? Forward guidance cash on hand? If the settlement is confidential which I believe I have read how does BB report this? Any thoughts on this? Thanks

Thanks Blackberry Going back to a stat that I referenced a week or two ago about engineers. In that stat, it seemed like BB was below other competitors in sales force..I heard a few interviews where he was addressing this so hopefully moving forward the expanded team is out selling and promoting. I know sales is not the promotional arm, but out there non the less getting product exposed/sold

Thank you Framloeg you asked a great question that all of us should be asking. What are the catalysts? You are correct that I'm downplaying the Conference call simply because I honestly believe that if the Earnings/CC call were today that they wouldn't be able to announce much that we don't already know and could not go into specifics. Chances are we won't have a definitive answer
