chen said he drew a line. If this doesn't close by this qtr and continues to negotiate he will look weak and doesn't follow through with his word. Means he will get taken advantage of. The fact that the buying party agreed to price before negotiation was a give away that someone was fking around with Chen and his licensing rev. 

chen said long ago that if deal falls through they will have to slowly ramp up minimization, there is no 3rd party holding any cash since last December.
