There is no separate escrow that's storing patent licensing. Jc said they stopped monitizing meaning going after licensing. If they had escrow on side it would have to be declared to shareholders. They can't keep that as secret for public company.. they would have to find all the companies that infringed for last year and go after them fresh. This is why I said the lawyers at bb are

Any material impact has to be announced. Meta settlement was not material so they didn't put out a PR. The patent sale might not be with meta. SEC has strict rule if settlement is material it must be announced.  You can't put nda. We only had like 1 patent that meta infringed so looks to be immaterial. It would have been material if meta infringed on the original 5 patents.

I never said Chen was an idiot. I said bb lawyers and incompetent and idiots, even Chen seems to agree based on what he said at last ER.  I been following bb for 8 years and fully invested. Like Chen, I can't now walk away from my investment. Chen and I are both cornered. If Chen leave patent deal now then it's massive hit to stock and devaluation of patent portfolio because
