With respect to patent infringement non challenge laws here's an example of what happens when having to contend with more than one jurisdiction. I just see more delay as a negative but perhaps there's a real benefit selling the whole enchilada to one buyer. Interesting case for your perusal...won't take long

That's the gist of it. We seem to have more companies angry with us as opposed to friendly terms.  Also may be indicative of a single entity purchasing the patents. Just adding my two cents to the Marconi theory, IMO one of the best theories out there., An end  of year rambling...... Nov 15 2017 BB announced they'd enlisted the services of Marconi to act as a sublicensee ...more
