Not sure how this service helps out bb. How can it be possible that bb has hidden a settlement agreement with fb??? Wouldn't/couldn't there be  lawsuit in this regards?

If no money has changed hands, there is very little to report. The 'deal' could be all about futures, which is what I have surmised all along as it has been too quiet.  The Art of War.  John Chen is no neophyte.

Is the point that it's just personal gain for John Chen and non for shareholders/company?? What would/could the point be to keep quiet about the deal?

My personal opinion is that he's betting on the come, as in most of his dealings.  His guidance to 2027 reflects massive revenue gains.  Where are they all coming from? (It is documented, but I still believe there aces up sleeves - hopium?  Perhaps, but it is going to be revealed at some point.
