Zimmee1, most of the times it happens very often when there is a mountain of shares outstanding and the SP reduced for allmost nothing, especially with a huge debt, i hope not, but no new investors wan'ts to put money on a penny stock load with heavy debt about ten times what they are valued on market presentally!
