Confident
I remain quite confident about this stock. The market overreacted today, the (relatively) small change in net proceeds from the sale to Alstom does not justify the exaggerated drop in sp we saw today. A nice opportunity to buy more shares as I believe the sp will most likely go back in the 0.70´s before Feb 11 and then will be close to 1$ soon after, then once the psychological wall of 1$ is broken the sp could reach close to 2$ before the end of the year, IMHO.

Small change? They had already discounted for 500 million because of Covid and now adjusments of 400 million. 1 billion is huge when you have that amount of debt with a lot of interests on it and you are now relying only on aircrafts. I believe the drop was not exagerated but it could go back up if feb 11 is good.

I thought that EM would exceed expectations and get more from Alstom but alas, we got less*. I think its normal that the share price got beat down. Still has a lot of upside but debt and interest cost is still too high.

If we we would of got more from Alstom, we would of been close to $0.80, and maybe more!

Hey Bicente. The fact that they are not good negotiators is not the only problem. They are also lining their own pockets with the spoils as well. Especially PB. Is he still getting $6 Million dollar a year salary for all these terible decisions regarding the company? Is beyond comprehension. Anyone with his job resume would have on the UNEMPLOYMENT LINE by now. Cheers
