If you have to resort to counting planes delivered, you may as well count your toes. There is and has been a major problem here with this Company.
Comment by stockitnow on Apr 16, 2021 10:04am
A company which generates revenue and exist to make airplanes only. What do you expect him to count Bananas to see how it's performing. No airplanes equals no revenue.
Comment by BiggyG on Apr 16, 2021 10:10am
Looking in the rearview mirror won't do you any good. The health of any company is in their projections and future propects. Good luck counting already sold planes.
Comment by stockitnow on Apr 16, 2021 10:19am
Each airplane delivered equates to money coming in. The health of the company is based on revenue coming in not projection that hasn't happened. Maybe brush up on business for dummies.
Comment by BiggyG on Apr 16, 2021 10:46am
LOL....Ok Stockit, so what about tomorrow and beyond?  You can only meet payroll and stay open if you have a strategic plan for the future sales/growth.
Comment by stockitnow on Apr 16, 2021 10:51am
Did you miss the last meeting where EM laid out the plan and confirmed over USD10 billion in backlog?
Comment by BiggyG on Apr 16, 2021 10:58am
Ok Stockit I tried. You obviously have your own personal way of looking at a business and I have mine for investment purposes. For the record "backlogs" do not count as strategic planning for future sales and growth. Good luck.
Comment by stockitnow on Apr 16, 2021 11:11am
For the record Backlog confirms future revenue and buyers have paid deposits on it. You dont want to hear about it because it disproves your agenda. For strategic planning EM had laid out plan to pay down debt and shutting down less profitable learjet and increasing aftermarket revenue. I dont expect them to tell me their strategic planning to the dot. But enough has been said. No company will ...more

BBDB858, Thank you very much (again) for your kindness and appreciation...  Much appreciated... For BiggyG, he is already on my Ignore list.  I try to avoid reading non-constructive comments.  However, he should understand that my counts come from Transport Canada report which is the official source for exported civil aircraft outside Canada. For aircraft official sales, as ...more

No worries July. Everyone has their part to play here on this. You've fit in well here. Thanks for the reminder post of the every exported plane of the Quarter.

My Perspective This Company has been around the plane industry since the mid 80s and had originated somewhere around 1934. They were as high as $25 with Govt help in the last 21 yrs or so and have declined over the years to .89 with a 52 week high of $1.05.  In my world the numbers don't lie.  I still wish anyone who believes differently the best of luck. No hard feelings here as ...more

Get your facts straight Since 1985 Bombardier has had 7 stock splits last one being in 200 when the stock was as high as 25   so it is said that if you bought 1 share in 1985 you would have 128 shares today.
Comment by vonSachsenanhal on Apr 16, 2021 4:24pm
As far as I know, there has never been a bbd.b stock split or consolidation. I'm welcome to be proven wrong but I'm almost certain of this. Certainly none happened in 2000

Easy to find if you look https://bombardier.com/en/investors/shareholder-faq Common shares Considering stock splits, how many shares would I have now if I had bought one Bombardier share in 1985? You would now have 128 shares. What is Bombardier's stock split history? Two-for-one splits occurred on the following dates:  July 7, 2000 July 10, 1998 July 7, 1995 ...more

Bombardier (BDRPF) has 0 splits in our Bombardier stock split history database.     Looking at the Bombardier stock split history from start to finish, an original position size of 1000 shares would have turned into 1000 today. Below, we examine the compound annual growth rate — CAGR for short — of an investment into Bombardier shares, starting ...more

Sorry. I had no idea. But I've only followed the Bomber since 2005, so I guess I missed all the action!

Thank you for the well wishes. Same to you. What are you still doing here on this board, if this isn't going to be part of your investment portfolio??? We know the past facts here on Bombardier, very well. You don't sound like someone who wants to invest. You have other reasons for being here. You started with statements like "Bombardier has no future", "where do they show ...more
