Ha ha ha... these guys just raise their targets when stock goes up....  If you see the stock goes down after next earnings report, these same guys will lower the target price shamelessly. Basically, they don't have any solid information to raise or lower the targets... it is all part of retail investor fooling process!

LOL SO TRUE!!! Stock goes up... then we the increase, it's hillarious!! It's like predicting yesterday's weather.
